India Shipping

We cover almost all places in India in a very nominal shipping cost of Rs 113.00.

 

International Shipping

Our shipping service extends to the majority of countries worldwide, with the exception of a few where dependable and consistent courier services are not accessible. When placing an international order, customers are responsible for covering the shipping and handling fees. Additionally, international shipments are subject to applicable customs duties and taxes based on the regulations of the destination country. The courier company facilitating customs clearance may also impose an additional handling charge. Please note that all customs duties, taxes, and handling charges in the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.

 

Despatch And Delivery

As far as possible, product orders shall be processed within 48-72 hours of the Order being placed with Orissa Handloom. Expected shipment time is 7-15 business days for International orders and 3-5 days for domestic orders .

 

Tracking of Shipment

Once the package is handed over to the carrier agency, Orissa Handloom will promptly notify the customer via email alerts, providing all relevant shipment details. These email alerts will include the website information of the transport/courier agency, along with the tracking number and an estimated delivery date. Customers can utilize this information to monitor the status of their package.
It is important to note that tracking numbers for shipped orders may take up to 24 business hours to become active on the carrier agency`s websites.

 

Transit Risk

Orissa Handloom ensures that all orders are fully insured at no additional cost to customers. In the event of a loss during transit, Orissa Handloom will either reprocess the order or provide a refund. However, it is important to note that once the carrier agency has delivered the package to the address provided by the customer at the time of placing the order, Orissa Handloom cannot be held responsible for any subsequent loss or damages to the package, whether full or partial.
